To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a dedicated Chemical Production Technician (m/f/d) for our resin production as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

As a Chemical Production Technician, you will work together with the whole team to support the entire production process for our MMA resins and reactive plastics:

• Weighing and preparing raw materials
• Operating and monitoring our reactors and production systems
• Producing MMA resins according to recipes and production instructions
• Controlling and monitoring mixing, reaction and filling processes
• Carrying out in-process controls and quality checks
• Documenting production steps in accordance with internal requirements
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the production area
• Supporting the continuous improvement of our production processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a Chemical Production Technician, Chemical Production Specialist, Chemical Worker or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the production of resins, adhesives, coatings or other reactive plastics
• Technical understanding and a strong process-oriented mindset
• Responsible, independent and careful working style
• Team spirit and a high level of reliability
• Willingness to share responsibility for the entire production process
